Hey, I’m Claudine.
I love telling stories. Storytelling isn’t just a passion of mine – it’s a calling. I was the kid who poured her heart out in a diary every day (which I still do), who aced creative writing exercises in English class, who wrote songs and poems during lunchtime, and who wrote movie scripts and plays just for fun. I love exploring writing in all of its forms to tell stories in as many ways as possible. Now, I’m diving into novel writing.
Pen Name: Origin Story
Claudine is originally my middle name and came from my Godmother, Claudine Salles, a gentle-souled French Angel of a woman. She was there in the taxi with my mom in Douala, Cameroon, racing to the hospital while my mother was in labor with me, and she has been an integral part of my life and family ever since. I wanted to honor her with this creative legacy.
Audigé doesn’t have a fancy backstory. That’s just my last name. Well, actually, it’s my father’s legacy… So, there! That counts, right?
Author Mission
My mission is to make you feel your emotions with more depth and see your life from a new perspective. I also believe messages reach people at the right time, so there may be a reason why you are now stumbling upon my content. I trust it will speak to you in a playful and unique way.

Imagine being a teenager and getting ghosted – blindsided – by your first love (your first… you know) only to find yourself at the dinner table with him and your family, 15 years later, in your family home where he’s been living for years with your mom who just survived a car crash and with whom you also haven’t spoken in years after a heated and devastating exchange during your sister’s wedding ceremony… Yeah. Amari didn’t know how she should process that either.
